It took me forever to get this post up but here is a little something from the Parklux show back in Oct. As always the amazing Kara Chomistek amazing the YYC with an outstanding show. Lauren Bagliore showed in my opinion the best clothing this city has seen on a runway. The coats and the draping used in this collection really pushed the limits of style and sexy winter street wear.

 

The hair of course was my highlight and the highlight for so many others!!! It truly was perfection. My team blew me away wit their skills – Lindsay, Kurt, Kelly, Shawna, Mickalyn, Jessica, Lisa, from Hedkandi salon. The original style was inspired from Bumble and Bumble from this years NYC fall fashion week. The second look change came from the inspiration of Lauren Bagliore herself. We wanted to try something a little different and out of the box….. literally. Our model, the lovely Marlo was put in our make shift cardboard box to create the shading. This was a shoot we did to showcase local stylists all competing for a shot at winning the Chinook Mall campaign. It was all done at Chinook inside the mall with Colin Way as photographer and Teslin Ward doing make up, and myself styling hair.
